Job Summary: 12 month contract
The Activity Funds Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities related to school or organizational events, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate and timely reporting on the activity funds. This role involves working closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure efficient allocation, collection, and use of funds
The Payroll and Personnel Coordinator is responsible for managing the payroll process and providing human resources support to school staff. This position ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintains employee records, and assists with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with school district policies and state laws.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fund management, school finance, or related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with school district policies and legal regulations related to activity funds is a plus.
Special Education Teacher

Job Summary: 10 month contract
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have a range of disabilities, including emotional, physical, or learning challenges. This role involves creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborating with classroom teachers, and working closely with students to help them achieve their educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certification in Special Education
